NINJA RACING warrants to the original retail purchaser of the Capsule filter (the Product) that the Product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal/intended use and maintenance for the Product. NINJA RACING agrees to repair or replace at NINJA RACINGs discretion, any defective Product free of charge. This Life Time Warranty is extended to the first original retail purchaser only and is not transferable to any subsequent owners.

Warranty Period
The Product is entitled to Life Time Warranty.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover a Product that has been (i) misused, (ii) damaged by accident or (iii) repaired or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than NINJA RACING.

Owner's responsibility
The owner must demonstrate that it has used reasonable care and used the Product as intended and the owner has followed preventative maintenance, storage and other requirements set forth in the Owner's Manual.

Repair/Services
For replacement or warranty service, please send the product, together with your sales receipt to an authorized distributor at your nearest location. Only NINJA RACING authorized distributors shall determine whether to replace or repair a Product. NINJA RACING will inspect your Product and contact you to give the results of our inspection. If the Product is eligible for this warranty, NINJA RACING will repair or replace the Product free of charge.
